Did your custom scented candle not meet your expectaƟons? Please send it back to us with your feedback, so that we can learn from your experience. We would like to offer you the opportunity to either make a new custom scented candle or request your money back, because your saƟsfacƟon maƩers to us. Please fully fill out this return form and insert it into the original package with the candle. Send the package with the candle and the completed return form to:

Your refund or giŌ cerƟficate will be sent within one week upon us receiving the return shipment, under the following condiƟons:

• Please make sure that we receive your return package within 15 days of delivery going by the date stamp, the return form is included and fully completed.
• If you have opted to get your money back, you will be refunded through your original payment method. You will receive the full amount of you purchase, including the original shipping costs, excluding the return shipping costs.
• Any orders that have been paid for with a gift certificate will only be refunded with a new gift certificate.
• We do not accept returns of more than one candle per order, nor do we accept successive returns without any retained orders in between.
